Ali Shabbir Arsiwala is a passionate Mechanical Engineer with over five years of hands-on experience in product design and development. His work spans across a range of industries, including MedTech, biomechanics, urban safety, and automotive, where innovation is the key.
With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, specialized in Mechanical Design and Simulation, Ali brings both deep technical knowledge and a creative problem-solving approach to every project. He has successfully led full product development cycles, from initial concept sketches to manufacturing planning and tooling design, while ensuring scalability, durability, and quality.
Ali’s expertise lies in advanced CAD tools like SolidWorks and Creo, along with simulation platforms like ANSYS and Hyperworks, enabling him to design smarter and more efficient solutions. What truly sets him apart is his commitment to continuous learning and collaborative innovation. He believes in building not just better products, but lasting value for clients, teams, and the engineering community.
